Premium Logistics SHPK is based in Kamëz, Tirana, Albania. Our company website is premlogistics.com. Cash payments in Albanian Lek (ALL) are accepted in person at our Tirana office only.

How payments are confirmed

All inbound payments — deposits and final balances — are operator-confirmed. We accept bank transfer in USD or EUR, and cash in ALL at the Tirana office. An operator independently verifies each payment against our bank statement or a cash receipt before it is applied to your account. Deposits are taken in US dollars: $750 as the standard deposit, or 10% of the vehicle value for vehicles over $7,500.

Identity verification (KYC) and acceptance of the Member Terms are required before you can bid. Once your KYC, deposit, and Member Terms are in place, your bids are submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API.

Payment safety — what we will never ask for

We do not use third-party card processors, and we do not accept third-party payments made on your behalf by someone else. Please send funds only from an account in your own name.

We will never ask you for card numbers, CVV codes, card PINs, online-banking passwords, or one-time passcodes. Anyone requesting these while claiming to represent Premium Auto Bid or Premium Logistics SHPK is not acting for us — do not share them, and report it to compliance@premlogistics.com.

Our only bank details are the ones an operator confirms with you directly for your specific transaction. If you receive payment instructions that do not match what an operator gave you, stop and verify with us by phone or email before sending anything.

We do not guarantee a vehicle's condition, title, mileage, history, the outcome of any bid, or delivery timelines — no outcome is guaranteed. Our role is to place bids for eligible, verified customers in real time through the Copart API and to confirm payments transparently.
