We focus on Copart-sourced vehicles for buyers in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro. The model is simple: you tell us the lot you want and the maximum you are willing to pay, and once your verification, deposit and accepted Member Terms are in place, your bid is submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API up to that maximum. You stay in control of your limit; we handle the process, payment confirmation and the import.

Verify your identity (KYC)
Before you can bid, you complete identity verification (KYC). This protects you and us, helps prevent fraud and money laundering, and is a firm requirement for every customer who wants to place a bid.

Fund a refundable deposit
Place a refundable deposit — $750 as standard, or 10% of the vehicle value for vehicles over $7,500 — by bank transfer or cash at our Tirana office. Each deposit is confirmed by an operator against the bank statement or cash receipt before it counts.

Accept terms and place your bid
Accept the current Member Terms and place a bid or purchase request for a specific lot, stating the maximum amount you authorise. Your maximum is a ceiling: no bid is submitted above it on your behalf.

Prerequisite checks
Before any bid is submitted, your KYC, your confirmed deposit and your accepted Member Terms must all be in place. These prerequisites gate access to bidding.

Your bid is placed on Copart in real time
Once the prerequisites are met, Premium Auto Bid submits your bid to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API, up to your stated maximum. You are kept informed; we do not guarantee that any given bid will win.

If your bid succeeds, you confirm the purchase and pay the remaining balance by operator-confirmed bank transfer or cash at our Tirana office. We do not use third-party card processors; every payment is verified independently before we proceed.

We coordinate US inland transport, ocean freight to the port of Durrës, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. All transit, shipping and clearance timelines are estimates that depend on third parties and can change.

Payments, deposits and refunds
Deposits and balances are handled transparently and confirmed by a human. We never connect a third-party card processor; instead, every inbound payment is verified against a bank statement or a cash receipt before it takes effect.

- Deposit for vehicles over $7,500: 10% of the vehicle value.
- Bank transfer accepted in USD or EUR; cash accepted in ALL at our Tirana office.
- Every deposit and balance payment is operator-confirmed before bidding or release proceeds.
- The deposit is refundable under the Member Terms; refunds are processed through the same confirmed channels.

Import and delivery to Albania
After a successful purchase and confirmed payment, we coordinate the full import journey on your behalf. We keep you updated at each stage, while being clear that the timing depends on carriers, shipping lines and customs authorities outside our control.
