1. Introduction, Operator and Scope
This Vehicle Condition and Auction Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") explains the basis on which information about vehicles is presented on the Premium Auto Bid platform and the limits of any representation made about those vehicles. It forms part of the contractual framework governing your use of the platform and should be read together with the Member Terms, the Privacy Policy and any deposit, bidding or import-support arrangement you enter into with us.
The platform is operated under the trading brand "Premium Auto Bid" by Premium Logistics SHPK, a limited liability company (shoqëri me përgjegjësi të kufizuar) organised under the laws of the Republic of Albania, holding NUIS/NIPT M53004202C and registered with the National Business Center (Qendra Kombëtare e Biznesit, QKB). Its registered office is at Rruga "Dubai", Lagjia nr. 2, cadastral zone 2066, property no. 89/38, 4-storey building, 2nd floor, Entrance 1, Kamëz, Tirana, Albania. In this Disclaimer, "Premium Auto Bid", "we", "us" and "our" mean Premium Logistics SHPK.
This Disclaimer is effective from 4 June 2026 and was last updated on 4 June 2026. It applies to all visitors and registered customers who access the platform from, or who request services in respect of, the markets we serve: Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
Premium Auto Bid is an independent vehicle sourcing, bidding and import-support service. We help customers discover vehicles listed at the Copart auction source, place customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API once the customer has completed identity verification and has an approved deposit, and coordinate purchase, transport, customs and import support. We are an intermediary that acts on your instructions; we are not the seller of any vehicle and we do not own the vehicles presented on the platform.
Premium Auto Bid is not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Copart, Inc. or any auction source. Copart and the Copart logo are trademarks of Copart, Inc. We are not an official Copart partner. Nothing on this platform should be read as an official Copart channel or as a guarantee of access to Copart inventory or of any auction outcome.
2. Vehicles Are Sold As-Is, Where-Is
All vehicles that may ultimately be purchased through our service are sold by third-party auction sources on a strictly "as-is, where-is" basis. This means each vehicle is offered in its existing condition and at its existing location, with all faults, defects and deficiencies, whether or not those faults are visible, disclosed, recorded or known to anyone at the time of sale.
AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Neither Premium Auto Bid nor, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the relevant auction source gives any warranty, representation, condition or guarantee of any kind regarding any vehicle, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Albania, all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded.
Without limiting the generality of the above, we make no warranty and give no guarantee, and you should not rely on any statement, image or estimate appearing on the platform, as to any of the following:
- the mechanical, structural, electrical, electronic, cosmetic or safety condition of any vehicle, or whether it is roadworthy, repairable, registrable or fit for any purpose;
- the title status or title brand of any vehicle, including whether a vehicle is or will be recorded as clean, salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, flood, fire, hail, lemon/buyback, junk, parts-only, non-repairable or certificate of destruction, or the equivalent designation in any jurisdiction;
- the accuracy of any odometer or mileage reading, or whether the recorded mileage is actual, exceeds mechanical limits, has been rolled back, tampered with or cannot be verified;
- the accuracy or completeness of any damage description, primary or secondary damage indication, loss type, or any "runs and drives", "starts", "engine condition" or similar operational notation provided by the auction source;
- the presence, condition, number or function of keys, fobs, remotes, catalytic converters, batteries (including high-voltage batteries in electric or hybrid vehicles), airbags, wheels, tyres, components, accessories or any other part of the vehicle;
- the prior ownership, accident, service, repair, theft-recovery, import/export or registration history of the vehicle, or whether any reported history is accurate, complete or up to date;
- the availability of the vehicle for sale, the occurrence or outcome of any auction, the final hammer price, any reserve, or whether any bid will be accepted; and
- the timing, cost or success of any subsequent transport, shipping, customs clearance, homologation, registration or import process.
Many vehicles sourced through the Copart auction channel are salvage, total-loss, insurance-recovered, theft-recovered or otherwise damaged vehicles. The nature of such vehicles is addressed in the section "Nature of Salvage and Total-Loss Vehicles" below.
3. Demonstration Data and Illustrative Listings
The inventory, lots, vehicles and listings currently displayed on the platform are demonstration and sample data, provided for demonstration purposes only. They are clearly labelled as such and are intended solely to illustrate how the platform is designed to work.
The vehicles shown now are DEMO/sample data. They do not represent real Copart lots, are not offered for sale and are not available for bidding. Vehicle identifiers, descriptions, images, locations, dates and any figures shown in the demonstration data are illustrative and may be fictional. You must not place reliance on demonstration data for any purchasing, valuation, bidding or financial decision.
The specific sample cars shown are not real Copart lots and are not biddable. When real listings are introduced, they will be sourced from the Copart auction channel, and the limitations described in this Disclaimer (in particular the as-is, where-is basis and the buyer's verification duty) will continue to apply in full.
4. Estimated Fees, Costs and Figures Are Illustrative
Any prices, bid amounts, fees, taxes, duties, transport costs, total-cost or landed-cost estimates, conversion figures, timelines or other numbers shown on the platform are estimates and illustrations only. They are provided to help you plan and do not constitute a quotation, an offer, a binding price or a guarantee of any cost or outcome.
- Auction-source charges, buyer fees, gate or storage fees and similar amounts are set by the auction source and other third parties and may change without notice to us.
- Transport, shipping, port, customs, duty, VAT, excise, homologation and registration costs depend on the vehicle, the route, the destination market and applicable law, and are outside our control.
- Deposits and balances handled by us are denominated in United States dollars (USD): a standard deposit of USD 750 applies, and for vehicles over USD 7,500 the deposit is 10% of the vehicle price. Currency conversion (for example EUR or ALL equivalents) is indicative and the applicable rate is determined at the time of an operator-confirmed payment.
- Final amounts payable are confirmed by an operator and set out in your specific arrangement; the figures displayed against demonstration data carry no weight.
We do not guarantee that any estimate will match the amount ultimately charged by any auction source, carrier, customs authority or other third party. You are responsible for budgeting for variation between estimated and actual costs.
5. Images, Descriptions and Condition Reports
Photographs, videos, condition reports, descriptions, ratings and notations shown on the platform are produced by the auction source or other third parties, or are illustrative demonstration content. They are provided for general guidance only and may not reflect the actual, current or complete condition of any vehicle.
- Images may be incomplete, out of date, taken under conditions that obscure defects, or may depict a different unit; they are not a substitute for inspection.
- Damage, condition, loss-type and "runs/drives" notations are summary indicators only and may understate, overstate, omit or mischaracterise the true condition of the vehicle.
- The absence of a noted defect in any image or description does not mean the defect does not exist.
- Equipment, options, trim, colour and specification shown may differ from the actual vehicle.
You acknowledge that you bid on, and agree to acquire, a vehicle on the basis of its actual condition and not on the basis of any image, description or condition report, and that you accept the risk that the actual condition may differ materially from what is depicted or described.
6. Buyer's Duty to Inspect
You are solely responsible for satisfying yourself as to the condition, specification, suitability and value of any vehicle before submitting a bid or otherwise committing to acquire it. We strongly encourage you to inspect, or to arrange for a qualified and independent third party to inspect, any vehicle of interest, to the extent the auction source permits, before any bid is placed.
- Review all available auction-source information, images and condition notations directly and critically, rather than relying on summaries presented through our platform.
- Where inspection is offered by the auction source, arrange a physical or professional pre-bid inspection of the specific vehicle, including its mechanical, structural and safety condition.
- Obtain independent professional advice (mechanical, valuation, legal or import advice) where you lack the expertise to assess the vehicle and the total cost of acquiring, transporting, clearing and registering it.
- Assess the full landed cost and the time required to import and register the vehicle in your destination market before committing.
Once a bid is submitted and accepted at the auction source, a binding purchase obligation may arise under the auction source's own rules and your Member Terms. Bids are generally irrevocable. Inspect and verify before you commit, not after.
7. VIN and History Verification Through Official Channels
Before committing to any vehicle, you are responsible for independently verifying the vehicle identification number (VIN), the title status and the history of the vehicle through official and reputable channels. We do not provide, and you should not treat anything on the platform as, an authoritative title, provenance or history record.
- Confirm that the VIN shown matches the vehicle and is internally consistent, and check it against official registration, title and vehicle databases available in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Obtain an independent vehicle-history report and, where available, an official title or branding record to understand any salvage, total-loss, odometer or other designation.
- Verify any import-eligibility, emissions, homologation and registration requirements that apply in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia or Montenegro, as applicable to your destination.
- Retain copies of the verifications you obtain; you bid in reliance on your own verification, not on our presentation of the data.
Verification activities are undertaken at your own cost and risk. We may assist with the practical steps of sourcing and import, but we do not certify the accuracy of any VIN, title brand or history record, and any assistance we provide does not transfer the verification responsibility from you to us.
8. Nature of Salvage and Total-Loss Vehicles
A significant proportion of vehicles available through the Copart auction channel are salvage or total-loss vehicles. A vehicle is commonly designated as a total loss when an insurer or owner determines that the cost of repair, together with related costs, is uneconomic relative to the vehicle's value, rather than because the vehicle is necessarily beyond repair. You should understand the practical consequences of acquiring such a vehicle.
- Salvage and total-loss vehicles may have sustained collision, flood, fire, hail, theft-recovery, mechanical or undisclosed damage, and may carry hidden structural, electrical or safety defects.
- Such vehicles may be sold without keys, may not run or drive, may not be roadworthy, and may require substantial repair, inspection or re-certification before they can lawfully be registered or driven.
- A salvage, junk, parts-only, non-repairable or certificate-of-destruction designation may legally prevent the vehicle from ever being registered for road use, or from being re-titled, in one or more jurisdictions.
- Repair, parts availability, homologation and re-registration of salvage vehicles can be costly, time-consuming and, in some cases, impossible, and the eventual value may be substantially below expectations.
Salvage and total-loss vehicles are inherently higher-risk purchases. Do not assume that any salvage or total-loss vehicle can be economically repaired, lawfully registered or resold. Assess these risks, and the title and registration rules of your destination market, before placing a bid.
9. How Bidding Works
Premium Auto Bid places customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API. There is no manual operator or human agent placing bids on your behalf; bids you authorise are submitted directly to the relevant Copart auction through the API.
- Before you can bid, you must complete identity verification (KYC), accept the Member Terms and have an approved deposit. These are prerequisites that apply before any bid can be submitted.
- You place a bid through the platform, specifying the vehicle and the amount you authorise. Any deposit is separate from, and additional to, the final purchase payment.
- Your bid is submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API, subject to Copart's own rules, timing and acceptance.
- The auction is run by Copart; the result, the final price and whether any bid is accepted are determined by Copart and the auction process, not by us.
We cannot guarantee that any bid will be accepted or successful, and no auction outcome is guaranteed. We are not liable for any outcome of the auction process, including a rejected or unsuccessful bid, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Payments and Deposits
Deposits and balances are denominated in United States dollars (USD). A standard deposit of USD 750 applies, and for any vehicle priced over USD 7,500 the required deposit is 10% of the vehicle price. An approved deposit is a prerequisite to bidding and is separate from the final purchase payment.
All inbound payments are operator-confirmed. Payment may be made by bank transfer in USD or EUR, or in cash in Albanian lek (ALL) at our Tirana office. You upload proof of payment and an operator verifies it independently before your payment is treated as received. No third-party card processor operates in Albania for this flow, and we do not collect card payments through the platform.
Currency conversion figures shown for EUR or ALL are indicative; the applicable amount in USD is what governs, and the conversion rate used is the one applied at the time the operator confirms the payment. Deposit handling, application and refunds are governed by the Member Terms and your specific arrangement.
11. No Liability for Source-Auction Errors or Omissions
Information about vehicles originates with the auction source and other third parties. We pass on or display such information in good faith but do not independently verify it and do not adopt it as our own representation.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Albania, we are not liable for any error, omission, inaccuracy, misdescription, delay, change, withdrawal or other defect in any information, listing, image, estimate, designation or notation that originates with or is controlled by the auction source or any other third party, nor for any decision of an auction source to cancel, re-list, re-grade, re-price or withhold any vehicle.
- We do not control, and are not responsible for, the conduct, rules, fees, timing, condition reports or title determinations of the auction source.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, savings, opportunity or anticipated value, arising from reliance on source information or from any auction outcome.
- Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where we act as an intermediary, our role is limited to providing sourcing, real-time bid submission through the Copart API and import-support coordination on your instructions. Liability between you and the auction source, and between you and any carrier, customs agent or other third party, is governed by the rules and contracts that apply directly to those relationships.
12. Acceptance of This Disclaimer
By accessing the platform, submitting a bid, paying a deposit, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept this Disclaimer, and that you understand vehicles are sold as-is, where-is and that you bear the responsibility to inspect and verify before committing.
If you do not accept this Disclaimer, you must not submit a bid or use the bidding, sourcing or import-support services. This Disclaimer is read together with, and does not replace, the Member Terms, which contain the full terms of any bidding and purchase arrangement.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. The competent courts of Tirana, Albania, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence among the markets we serve.
14. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our services, in the auction channels we use, or in applicable law. When we make a material change, we will revise the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer. We encourage you to review this page periodically. This Disclaimer is effective from 4 June 2026 and was last updated on 4 June 2026.
