Regions We Serve

Sourcing US Copart vehicles for buyers across the Western Balkans

Premium Auto Bid, operated by Premium Logistics SHPK, helps buyers in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro discover vehicles listed at the Copart auction source and place bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API. One process, one accountable Albanian operator, and import coordination adapted to each country.

We are an independent vehicle sourcing, bidding and import-support service. We are not the seller of any vehicle, we do not own the vehicles shown on the platform, and we work only with the Copart auction source. Customers across our four markets share a single, transparent workflow; what changes from country to country is the import paperwork, customs treatment and local taxes, which are coordinated case by case.

Premium Auto Bid is not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Copart, Inc. Copart and the Copart logo are trademarks of Copart, Inc. Premium Auto Bid places customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API, once a customer has completed identity verification, accepted the Member Terms and has an approved deposit; there is no manual operator placing bids on your behalf. The specific sample cars shown on the platform are clearly labelled demonstration and sample data; they are not real Copart lots and are not biddable.

Who we serve, and why

We serve buyers in the Western Balkans who want access to the US Copart auction source without travelling, holding a US auction account, or arranging international transport on their own. Our customers are typically private buyers, repairers and small dealers who already understand that auction vehicles are bought as-is and want a single accountable partner to handle sourcing, bidding, payment confirmation and the import journey home.

Premium Auto Bid is operated by Premium Logistics SHPK, an Albanian limited liability company (NUIS M53004202C, registered with the National Business Center, QKB), based in Kamëz, Tirana. Working through an established Albanian operator gives buyers in all four markets a local point of contact, local-language support and an office they can visit, while the vehicle itself is sourced from the United States.

  • Albania — our home market and the base from which we coordinate every order.
  • Kosovo — served through the same workflow, with import steps coordinated for the destination.
  • North Macedonia — served through the same workflow, with import steps coordinated for the destination.
  • Montenegro — served through the same workflow, with import steps coordinated for the destination.

We do not publish vehicle counts, delivery counts or customer numbers, and we do not claim a presence beyond these four markets. We would rather describe exactly what we do than inflate the picture.

The process is the same in every country

Wherever you buy from, the core journey is identical. Once you have completed identity verification, accepted the Member Terms and have an approved deposit, your bids are placed on Copart in real time through the Copart API; there is no manual operator placing bids on your behalf. Auction outcomes are still set by the live Copart auction, so no outcome is guaranteed.

  1. 1

    Browse the catalogue

Explore the platform to understand how vehicles, estimates and lot details are presented. The sample cars shown are clearly labelled demonstration and sample data, not real Copart lots, so they are for orientation only and cannot be bid on.

  2. 2

Verify identity and place a deposit

Before any bidding, you complete identity verification (KYC) and accept the Member Terms, then place a refundable bidding deposit in USD ($750 standard, or 10% of the vehicle value for vehicles over $7,500). Deposits and balances are confirmed by our operators.

  3. 3

    Place your bid on Copart

You tell us the lot and your maximum, and your bid is submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. Because the auction is live and outcomes are set by Copart, we cannot guarantee any bid outcome, price or timeline.

  4. 4

Pay, then import to your country

On a successful purchase, the balance is settled by operator-confirmed bank transfer (USD or EUR) or cash in ALL at our Tirana office; we do not use third-party card processors. We then coordinate transport and the import journey to your destination country.

What differs by country

The sourcing, the bid and the payment confirmation are the same across all four markets. What is genuinely country-specific is everything that happens once a vehicle is heading to its destination:

  • Customs clearance — the procedures, entry points and clearance requirements differ by country and are handled for the relevant destination.
  • Import duties and taxes — duty rates, VAT and any vehicle, environmental or registration taxes are set by each country and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Documentation — the documents required to clear, register and put a vehicle on the road differ by country, including any inspection, homologation or roadworthiness steps.
  • Eligibility and standards — local rules on vehicle age, emissions and salvage or rebuilt titles vary, and may affect whether a given vehicle can be registered.

Because these rules change and are set by national authorities, the customer is responsible for confirming the current customs, tax, documentation and eligibility requirements locally before committing to a vehicle. We coordinate the import journey and share what we know, but we do not provide legal, tax or customs advice and we do not guarantee any duty figure, timeline or registration outcome.

Vehicles are sold as-is by third-party auction sources. We make no guarantees as to a vehicle's condition, title, mileage, history, import outcome or timelines in any market.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries can buy through Premium Auto Bid?

Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro. We do not claim to serve markets beyond these four.

Is the buying process different in each country?

No. Browsing, identity verification, the USD deposit, placing your bid on Copart and payment confirmation are the same everywhere. Only customs, taxes and documentation are country-specific and are coordinated per destination.

Are the vehicles I see real Copart lots I can bid on now?

The sample cars shown are clearly labelled demonstration and sample data, not real Copart lots, and they cannot be bid on. For live Copart lots, once you have completed identity verification, accepted the Member Terms and have an approved deposit, your bids are placed on Copart in real time through the Copart API.

Who handles customs and import taxes?

Import duties and taxes are set by each country and are the buyer's responsibility. We coordinate the import journey, but the customer confirms the current customs, tax and documentation requirements locally.
